NOTICE is hereby given that on 7th May 2025 a Petition was presented to the Lord Ordinary by Michael Mackintosh, Valerie Mackintosh, Mark Ettle and John McGinley as the directors of Cobra Mobile Limited having its registered office at 22 City Quay, Camperdown Street, Dundee, DD1 3JA (the “Company”) craving inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed in which Petition the Lord Ordinary by interlocutor dated 7th May 2025 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Depute Clerk of Session, Court of Session, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
