Notice is hereby given that on 25 April 2025 a petition was presented to the Court of Session by Geoffry Carton-Kelly and Thomas Campbell MacLennan, Insolvency Practitioners at FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD, (“the Petitioners”) craving the Court inter alia, that the Petitioners be removed from office as joint liquidators by the Court and that replacement joint liquidators be appointed, in which Petition Lord Braid, by Interlocutor dated 28 April 2025, removed the Petitioners as joint liquidators of LUXX Technology Ltd, a limited Company with company number SC409909, and appointed Callum Carmichael, Insolvency Practitioner at FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD and David Hinrichsen, Insolvency Practitioner at FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 110 Cannon St, London, EC4N 6EU as the replacement joint liquidators of LUXX Technology Ltd in terms of section 108(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and rules 6.1(2), 6.2(1)b and 6.2(3) of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018.
