Notice is hereby given that on 28th April 2025 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by the Directors of ZY Oldco Ltd, formerly North Central Office Ltd (Company Number SC288534) craving the Court inter alia to order that ZY Oldo Ltd, formerly North Central Office Ltd having their Registered Office at Unit W10, Rosemount Centre, 141 Charles Street, Glasgow, G21 2QA be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that, in the meantime Stuart Robb, Insolvency Practitioner, Robb Advisory Limited, Oakfield House, 378 Brandon Street, Motherwell, ML1 1XA be appointed Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 5th May 2025 appointed the said Stuart Robb Provisional Liquidator with the Powers contained in Paragraphs 4 & 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for a limited period of 3 months from 5th May 2025 or until appointment of an interim liquidator; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
