Notice is hereby given that on 2 May 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Chromacity Limited craving the Court inter alia that Chromacity Limited having its registered office at Citypoint, 3rd Floor, 65 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD be wound up by the Court and that Stuart Preston and Julie Tait, of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 7 Castle Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3AH be appointed to act jointly and severally as provisional liquidator and after service, intimation and advertisement, interim liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 2 May 2025 appointed the said Stuart Preston and Julie Tait, of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 7 Castle Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3AH, to act jointly and severally as provisional liquidator and ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
