Notice is hereby given that on 2 May 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Duncanos Ltd craving the Court inter alia that Duncanos Ltd having its Registered Office at 6 & 7 Queens Terrace Aberdeen AB10 1XL (“the Company”) should be wound up by the Court and Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed, further to that the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Interlocutor dated 6 May 2025 ordained the Company and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; and in the meantime nominated and appointed Kenneth Robert Craig and Kevin Mapstone, registered Insolvency Practitioners of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Suite L1 & L2 Woodburn House 4/5 Golden Square, Aberdeen AB10 1RD to be the Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said Company. All of which notice is hereby given.
