WEDCO GLOBAL VENTURES ONE LP

Notice is hereby given that with effect on 6 May 2025, Disney Enterprises, Inc., Wedco International Holdings, Inc. and Wedco US Ventures, Inc. transferred their entire interests in Wedco Global Ventures One LP, a Limited Partnership registered in England and Wales with registered number LP016205 to Wedco One US Holdings, Inc. As a result of such transfer, Disney Enterprises, Inc., Wedco International Holdings, Inc. and Wedco US Ventures, Inc. shall cease to be partners in Wedco Global Ventures One LP, and Wedco Global Ventures One LP has been dissolved and terminated as of 6 May 2025.
