"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lloyd Biscoe (IP No. 9141) and David Farmer (IP No. 26350) both of Birchwood Bond, 170a-172 High Street, Rayleigh, Essex, SS6 7BS are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the winding up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time."
