A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Eminent Group Ltd (10152009) of 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, whose nature of business is manufacture of other plastic products, presented on Monday 31 March 2025, at 10:00 by ESSENTIAL ACCESS PLATFORMS LIMITED, of Kane House, Moss Lane, Linnyshaw Industrial Estate, Manchester M28 3LY claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Tuesday 27 May 2025, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
