A Petition to wind up the above-named Charity of Big Help Project (1141024) of 410 East Prescot Road, L14 2EQ, (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is a Charity to advance the Christian faith in accordance with the statement of beliefs in such ways and in such parts of the United Kingdom or the world as the Trustees from time to time may think fit; 2) To relieve sickness and financial hardship and to promote and preserve good health by the provision of funds, goods or services of any kind, including through the provision of counselling and support in such parts of the United Kingdom or the worlds as the Trustees from time to time may think fit; and 3) To advance education in such ways and in such parts of the United Kingdom or the world as the Trustees from time to time may think fit presented on Tuesday 08 April 2025, by TOTALENERGIES GAS & POWER LIMITED, of Bridge Gate, 55-57 High Street, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 1RX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Courts of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 14 May 2025, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or to their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on Tuesday 13 May 2025.
