Notice is hereby given that on 10 April 2025 a petition was presented to the Court of Session at Edinburgh by VERITY TRUSTEES LIMITED, a company limited by guarantee and registered under the Companies Acts (Company Number 00744017) and having its registered office address at Verity House, 6 Canal Wharf, Leeds, LS11 5BQ, as trustee of the defined benefit occupational pension scheme known as THE PENSIONS TRUST SCOTTISH VOLUNTARY SECTOR PENSION for, inter alia, an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up P.R.O.P.- STRESS CENTRE, a private limited company by guarantee incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC129996) and having its registered office address at 5 West Pilton Park, Edinburgh, EH4 4EL and to appoint joint Interim Liquidators; in which petition Lord Braid, by interlocutor dated 16 April 2025, appointed the petition to be advertised once in each of the Edinburgh Gazette and the Metro newspapers and appointed any persons claiming an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto, if so advised, within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement.
