Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 14/06/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 14/03/2025, I, Charlotte Luisa Constance, 25 Sutton Road, Seaford, East Sussex BN25 1SG Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Charlotte Constance Hodgkins and assumed the name of Charlotte Luisa Constance.
