1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, on 21 April 2025 made the above titled Orders, under sections 6 and 124 of and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The general effect of the made Orders will be to, on Cheltenham Close:

(a) the south-west side, introduce a [40 metre] footway unlimited waiting parking place and double yellow lines;

(b) the north-east side, introduce 3 footway unlimited waiting parking bays and double yellow lines.

3. The Orders, which will come into operation on 28 April 2025, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by e-mail from trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk or for inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Order were made.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
