Notice is hereby given that on 16 April 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Eye to the Future Limited craving the Court inter alia that Eye to the Future Limited having its registered office at City Point, 3rd Floor, 65 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH12 5HD be wound up by the Court and that Callum Angus Carmichael and Chad Griffin of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD be appointed as provisional liquidator and after service, intimation and advertisement, interim liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor (EDI-L53-25) dated 16 April 2025 appointed the said Callum Angus Carmichael and Chad Griffin of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, as provisional liquidator and ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
