That Sean Ward and Siann Huntley of Leonard Curtis, 4th Floor, 58 Waterloo Road, Glasgow, G2 7DA be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company and the Liquidators are authorised to act jointly and severally.
