“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Duncan Raggett (IP No 22796) and David McGinness (IP No 26590), both of AAB Business & Tax Advisory LLP, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
