Notice is hereby given that on 4 April 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dundee Sheriff Court by Home-Start Dundee craving the Court inter alia that Home-Start Dundee having its registered office at 30 Whitehall Street, 3rd Floor Left, Dundee, DD1 4AF be wound up by the Court and that Shona Joanne Campbell of Henderson Loggie LLP, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD1 4QB be appointed as provisional liquidator and after service, intimation and advertisement, interim liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor (DUN-L47-25) dated 4 April 2025 appointed the said Shona Joanne Campbell of Henderson Loggie LLP, as provisional liquidator and ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
