Notice is hereby given that on 2nd April 2025 a Petition was presented by Antonino Allenza and Giuseppe Allenza, in their capacity as directors of B-Spokes Deliveries Limited, and having an address for service at 78 Spylaw Road, Edinburgh EH10 5BR to the Sheriff of Lothian & Borders at Edinburgh for the winding up of B-SPOKES DELIVERIES LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC454271) and having its registered office at 78 Spylaw Road, Edinburgh EH10 5BR.

By interlocutor dated 2nd April 2025 the Sheriff ordered the petition to be intimated, served and advertised and meantime appointed Katie McLachlan and Scott Bastick, insolvency practitioners, of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice Limited, 14-18 Hill Street, Edinburgh EH2 3JZ to be joint provisional liquidators of the company.
