NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a final meeting of the members of George Higginson Consultancy Limited will be held at 10:30 a.m. on 16 May 2025 at 12A Warren Road, Donaghadee, Co Down, BT21 0DS.

The meeting is called pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989 for the purpose of the members having an account laid before them and to receive any explanation that may be considered necessary.

Any member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to do so on their behalf. A proxy need not be a member of the company. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be returned no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meeting.

The meeting will consider resolutions approving the Liquidator`s final report, his release from office and the destruction of the Company`s books and records.
