Notice is hereby given that on 25 March 2025 a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by, KENNETH WILSON PATTULLO, Insolvency Practitioner, having a place of business at Begbies Traynor, Finlay House, 14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, G1 2PP, as trustee on the sequestrated estate of Rafiq Robert Abdul Jalil, residing at 2 Church Avenue, Wishaw, Lanarkshire, ML2 9BH, conform to his appointment by the Accountant in Bankruptcy dated 23 April 2020 craving the Court, inter alia, that LHP SOLUTIONS LIMITED, a Company registered under the Companies Act with company number SC556001 and having their registered office at Clyde Offices, 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 1BP, be wound up by the Court and to appoint a liquidator. By Interlocutor dated 28 March 2025 the Sheriff appointed all persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with Glasgow Sheriff Court, Sheriff Clerk's Office, PO Box 23, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA, within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
