Manorial Lordship Title of Culversclyff and Watchet or Culvercliffe Watchet, St Decumans including Watchet and Williton Parish, Somerset have been conveyed to Freddy Kalder and Sandra Kalder of Sinsheim, GERMANY on the 1st April 2025.

It should be noted that the right to the title has been created by legal process, not through a re-grant or re-establishment by the Crown.
