Notice is hereby given under Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (“the Act”) and Rules 6.14 and 15.8 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”) that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company is being proposed by John Heath, the director of the Company.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The appointment of a Liquidator. 2. The establishing of a Liquidation Committee. The meeting will be held on 10 April 2025 at 2.30 pm at SFP, Warehouse W, 3 Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Docks, London, E16 1BD.

All proofs of debt must be delivered by 4pm on the business day before the meeting. All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 14:30 pm on 10 April 2025.

Richard Hunt (IP No. 21772) is qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the company and a list of names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection at SFP, Warehouse W, 3 Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Docks, London, E16 1BD on the two business days preceding the meeting.

This meeting has been summoned under Section 246ZF(5)(a) of the Act and Rule 6.14(4) as a result of an objection to decisions proposed by Deemed Consent received from one or more creditors.
