Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 08/05/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 05/03/2025, I, Frankie Mark Cooksey, 22 Highland Ridge, Halesowen, West Midlands, B62 8PH, Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Frankie Stephen Turner and assumed the name of Frankie Mark Cooksey.
