NOTICE is hereby given that on 19 March 2025, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Stirling by Keepsake Scotland Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 15-17 Port Street, Stirling, FK8 2EJ craving the Court inter alia to order that the said Keepsake Scotland Limited be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed. In which Petition the Sheriff at Stirling by Interlocutor dated 26 March 2025 appointed notice of the import of the Petition and First Deliverance to be advertised once in "The Edinburgh Gazette" and "The Herald" newspapers and ordained all persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Sheriff Court House, Viewfield Place, Stirling, FK8 1NH within 8 days after such publication, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
