We, Gary Thompson (IP No. 26370) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 18a Capricorn Centre, Cranes Farm Road, Basildon, Essex, SS14 3JJ and David Meany (IP No. 9453) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH give notice that we were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above named Companies on 26 March 2025 by a resolution of the members.

Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the above named Companies which are being voluntarily wound up, are required, on or before 23 April 2025 to prove their debts by sending to the undersigned Gary Thompson of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 18a Capricorn Centre, Cranes Farm Road, Basildon, Essex, SS14 3JJ the Joint Liquidator of the company, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the joint liquidator to be necessary.
