Notice is hereby given that on 28 February 2025 a Petition was presented to the sheriff at Aberdeen craving the court iner alia to recall the sequestration of Adebayo Alabi which Petition the sheriff at Aberdeen by Interlocutor dated 12 March 2025 appointed any person interested if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted to lodge Answers with the sheriff clerk at Aberdeen, Aberdeen Sheriff Court, Queen Street, Aberdeen within 14 days after intimation, advertisement or service all of which notice is hereby given and appoints parties to be further heard thereon and assigns 10 April 2025 as a diet for a hearing on the Petition for recall of sequestration to call by WebEx at 10am within Aberdeen Sheriff Court, Queen Street, Aberdeen.
