A petition to wind up the above Company of Business Lodge, Barcroft Street, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 5BT, was presented on 14 January 2025. On 26 February 2025 the court did so order that HSS PROSERVICE LIMITED whose registered office is situate at Building 2, Think Park, Mosley Road, Manchester, M17 1FQ claiming to be a creditor of the Company be substituted as petitioning creditor and the said petition will be heard at The Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 2 April 2025 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the amended Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on 1 April 2025.
