A Petition to wind up the above-named company of J & S Metals Ltd (08491761) of Selbys Yard, Sandtoft Industrial Estate, Belton, Doncaster DN9 1PN, whose nature of business is wholesale of waste and scrap, presented on Wednesday 12 February 2025, at 10:00 by MILES NEEDHAM AND JOHN LOWE OF FRP ADVISORY IN THEIR CAPACITY AS ADMINISTRATORS OF C.C. & R.J. EMERSON LIMITED, of C/o Frp Advisory Trading Limited , 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 3RD claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Tuesday 15 April 2025, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
