Notice is hereby given that on 28th February 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Ayr craving the Court inter alia that JMH Contracts (Ayrshire) Ltd, with its Registered Office at 24 York Street, Ayr, KA8 8AZ be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Ayr by interlocutor dated 3rd March 2025 ordained the said JMH Contracts (Ayrshire) Ltd and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Wellington Square, Ayr within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
