Notice is hereby given that on 26 February 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh by WOLSELEY UK LIMITED, 2 Kingmaker Court, Warwick Technology Park, Gallows Hill, Warwick, CV34 6DY, craving the Court inter alia that THE OIL BOILER COMPANY LIMITED, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC691087) having its Registered Office at 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4AN (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 26 February 2025; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
