Notice is hereby given that on 26th of February 2025, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Matchless Energy Group Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number SC672485) and having its registered office 1 Cambuslang Court, Cambuslang, Glasgow, Strathclyde, United Kingdom, G32 8FH craving the court inter alia to order that said Matchless Energy Group Limited be wound up by the court; in which Petition Sheriff Reid by Interlocutor (GLW-L56-25) dated 3 March 2025 ordained any persons if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after such intimation service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
