“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Chris Tate (IP No. 022910) and Stephen Paul Grant (IP No. 008929) both of Azets, Secure House, Lulworth Close, Chandlers Ford, Southampton, SO53 3TL be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up, and that the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”
