Notice is hereby given that on Thursday 06 February 2025, at 10:00 a Petition was presented to Sheriff Lynne Forrest at Glasgow Sheriff Court at 1 Carlton Pl, Glasgow G5 9DA by BRITISH GAS TRADING LIMITED, Millstream, Maidenhead Road, Windsor SL4 5GD United Kingdom (the Petitioner) craving the Court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up BUNDERFUL LTD (Company Number: SC759023) having its registered office at Craighall Business Park, 18 Eagle Street, Glasgow G4 9XA, previously of, in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated Thursday 13 February 2025 appointed Notice of the import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette; ordained the said BUNDERFUL LTD and any other persons interested, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court at 1 Carlton Pl, Glasgow G5 9DA within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
