Notice is hereby given that on 18 December 2024, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Momento Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number SC315469) and having its registered office at C/O Burgoyne Carey Pavilion 2, 3 Dava Street, Glasgow, G51 2JA craving the court inter alia to order that said Momento Ltd be wound up by the court; in which Petition Sheriff Reid by Interlocutor (GLW-L20-25) dated 31 January 2025 ordained any persons if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after such intimation service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
