TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (East) (No.06) Order 2025" authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped area of highway verge to the north of Ganels Road at Billericay in the Borough of Basildon. This is to enable development as permitted by Basildon Borough Council, under reference 21/00430/FULL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/E/S247/5576). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Billericay Library, 143 High Street, Billericay, CM12 9AB.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 28 February 2025.
