A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Excel Group (Bristol) Ltd (11127684) of Unit 14, Garonor Way, Royal Portbury Dock, Bristol BS20 7XE, whose nature of business is 43910- Roofing activities, presented on Friday 24 January 2025, at 10:00 by ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR UK LIMITED, of Enterprise House, Vicarage Road, Egham TW20 9FB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds LS1 2RP on Tuesday 11 March 2025, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
