Notice is hereby given that on 07 November 2024, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Selkirk Sheriff Court by Clear Business Water Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC444366), craving the Court inter alia that Hillslap and Greenhill Limited be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Selkirk by Interlocutor dated 07 November 2024 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Selkirk, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service of the petition.
