Notice is hereby given that on 18 February 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh by Grosvenor Funding Ltd, Sandfold House, Sandfold Lane, Levenshulme, Manchester, M19 3BJ, craving the Court inter alia that East Coast Heritage Limited, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC652215) having its Registered Office at 14 Rutland Square, Edinburgh, EH1 2BD (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 18 February 2025; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
