Notice is hereby given that on 7 February 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Ayr craving the Court inter alia that BOSS GROUNDWORKS LTD, with its Registered Office at Bank Chambers, 31 The Square, Cumnock, Ayrshire, KA18 1AT be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Ayr by interlocutor dated 12th February 2025 ordained the said BOSS GROUNDWORKS LTD and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Wellington Square, Ayr within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
