Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented in the Court of Session by Onorach Limited, on 17 February 2025 craving the Court inter alia to order that Onorach Limited, a company incorporated and registered in Scotland (company number SC363090), having its registered office at Unit 20 Prospect Business Centre, Dundee Technology Park, Dundee DD2 1TY (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court and to appoint Geoffrey Isaac Jacobs and Alistair McAlinden, Insolvency Practitioners of Interpath Limited, 130 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5HF as Joint Interim Liquidators of the Company, in which Lord Braid by Interlocutor dated 19 February 2025 ordered any parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the Court within eight days after intimation and advertisement.
