"That the Company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily and that Peter Herberts (IP No. 30090) and Paul Mallatratt (IP No. 20630) both of Abbey Taylor Jones Limited, Unit 6, Twelve O’Clock Court, 21 Attercliffe Road, Sheffield, S4 7WW be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation”
