A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Kingfisher Resorts St Ives Limited (10257898) of 95 Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1DT, whose nature of business is Hotels and similar accommodation and other service activities not elsewhere classified, presented on Friday 07 February 2025, at 12:00 by KINGSWAY ASSET FINANCE LIMITED, of Barons Court, Manchester Road, Wilmslow SK9 1BQ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 26 March 2025, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
