Notice is hereby given that on 5 February 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Fueltone Limited craving the Court inter alia that Fueltone Limited having its Registered Office at Axis Business Centre, Thainstone Business Centre, Inverurie AB51 5TB should be wound up by the Court and Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed, further to that the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Interlocutor dated 12 February 2025 ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
