1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton propose to make the following Order The Sutton (Moving Traffic Restrictions) (Amendment No. *) Order 202* * under sections 84 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984¹, as amended –

2. The general effect of the Order would be to impose a 20mph speed limit in,

Alberta Avenue, Antrobus Close, AshtonClose, Bourne Way, Carlisle Road, Dale Road, Denbigh Close, Elizabeth Close, Elmbrook Road, Ennerdale Close, Fairholme Road,Frederick Close, Frederick Gardens, Frederick Road, Gander Green Lane (between A232 to A217), Heron Close (the part that lies on public highway), Hilldale Road, Jeffs Road, Osprey Close (the part that lies on public highway), Quarry Park Road, Quarry Rise, Revell Road, Saltash Close, Sandpiper Road, Shearwater Road, Silverdale Close, St Albans Road, Sunningdale Road, Teal Place, Westfield Close and Westfield Road.

Copies of the proposed Order, the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order and draft map schedules showing the locations and the effects of the proposal may be inspected at the Council’s Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1EA.
