Notice is hereby given that on 23 May 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by DFS Caskets Limited craving the Court inter alia that Glasgow Independent Funeralcare Ltd having its Registered Office at 865 Shettleston Road, Glasgow, G32 7NS should be wound up by the Court and an Interim Liquidator be appointed, further to that the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 30 January 2025 allowed the original petition to be amended and ordained all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
