1) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Islington, on 23 January 2025, has made the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and of all other powers thereunto enabling.

2) The general effect of the Orders would be to, on the southern side of North Road outside No.26;

a) Introduce a new goods vehicles loading bay (12 metres) that will operate Monday-Friday 7:30am-9:30am and 4:30pm-6:30pm and Saturdays 8am-12pm.

b) The existing shared use parking bay will continue to operate during its usual hours, Monday-Friday 9:30am-4:30pm (2-hour max stay, 1-hour no return).

3) A copy of the made Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection. Copies of these documents may be obtained either by emailing environment@islington.gov.uk, by telephoning Environment on 020 7527 2000 or by sending a postal request to Environment, 1 Cottage Road, London N7 8TP. 4) Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provisions contained therein on the grounds that it or they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement thereof or any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may make application for the purpose to the High Court within six weeks from the date on which the Order is made.
