Notice is hereby given that on 10 January 2025, a Petition was presented to Perth Sheriff Court by Glendale Alarms & Security Systems Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC445856 and having its registered office at 62 Muirs, Kinross, KY13 8AU craving the court inter alia that Glendale Alarms & Security Systems Limited be wound up by the court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator, in which Petition, the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 13 January 2025, appointed persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Perth Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation and advertisement; and meantime appointed Steven Wright, insolvency practitioner, of Dains Accountants, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU to be Provisional Liquidator of Glendale Alarms & Security Systems Limited, and authorised him to exercise the powers contained in Parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
