Notice is hereby given that on 25th November 2024 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court on behalf of Bradley Stevens, Claire Stevens and Scott Stevens craving the Court inter alia to permit the Petitioners in the period of 5 years from 21st August 2024 to (a) be directors of Pizza Punks Restaurants Ltd trading with the name “Pizza Punks” (b) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of Pizza Punks Restaurants Ltd using the name “Pizza Punks”; or (c) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the carrying on of the business carried on by Pizza Punks Restaurants Ltd under the name “Pizza Punks”; in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow & Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 9th January 2025 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
