At a meeting of the above named company duly convened and held on 09 January 2025, the following resolutions were passed:
That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities, continue its business, and that the company be wound up the under a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation.
"That Helen Whitehouse of McAlister & Co Insolvency Practitioners Limited, 10 St Helen`s Road, Swansea, SA1 4AW and Yiannis Koumettou of Begbies Traynor, 1 Kings Avenue, London, N21 3NA be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the company and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately".
The appointment of Helen Whitehouse and Yiannis Koumettou as Joint Liquidators was confirmed by the creditors at a virtual meeting which was held on 09 January 2025.
