Laurel Feeder LP has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Goldman Sachs VF VI Advisor Inc., Ubar Investments Holdings Limited, Merbau Advisors Ltd, Goldman Sachs VF VI Offshore Advisors Inc., DALPP LP, GS RA Program I Advisors, Inc., FPP Alternative Investments I, LP have been admitted as limited partners of the Partnership.
