Rhoddir hysbysiad drwy hyn bod Corff Adnoddau Naturiol Cymru yn bwriadu gwneud cais i Weinidog Cymru dros Faterion Gwledig am gadarnhad o is-ddeddfau a wnaed o dan Ddeddf Adnoddau Dŵr 1991.

Bydd yr is-ddeddfau yn berthnasol i ddalgylch Afon Dyfrdwy yng Nghymru ac yn cynnwys: -

Gwahardd Pysgota â Rhwydi am Eogiaid neu Frithyllod y Môr ar Afon Dyfrdwy (Cymru)

Bwriad yr is-ddeddfau yw diogelu stociau bregus. Byddai'r rheolaethau ar waith o 1 Gorffennaf 2025 ac yn eu lle am gyfnod amhenodol.

Mae copïau o'r is-ddeddfau wedi'u dosbarthu i’r swyddfa yn y cyfeiriadau a ddangosir yma o ddyddiad cyhoeddi'r hysbysiad hwn am 84 diwrnod tan 12 Mawrth 2025.

Yn ystod yr un cyfnod bydd y swyddfa’n darparu copi o’r is-ddeddfau ar gais yn rhad ac am ddim i unrhyw berson neu drwy e-bostio Fisheries.Wales@cyfoethnaturiolcymru.gov.uk .

Notice is hereby given that the Natural Resources Body for Wales intends to apply to the Welsh Minister for Rural Affairs for confirmation of byelaws made under the Water Resources Act 1991.

The byelaws will apply to the River Dee catchment in Wales and include: -

The prohibition of Net Fishing for Salmon or Sea Trout on the River Dee (Wales)

The byelaws are intended to protect vulnerable stocks. The controls would be in place from 1st July 2025 and be in place indefinitely.

Copies of the byelaws have been deposited at the office at the addresses shown here from the date of publication of this notice for 84 days until 12th March 2025.

During the same period a copy of the byelaws will be supplied by the office on demand free of charge to any person or by emailing Fisheries.Wales@cyfoethnaturiolcymru.gov.uk .

A person who wishes to object to the confirmation of any of the byelaws must send a copy of their objection in writing to: Richard Pierce, Dee net fishing regulation, Natural Resources Wales, Chester Road, Buckley, Flintshire, CH7 3AJ
